Corporate Events & Galas
Access control, executive protection, parking management. Discreet uniformed or suited officers. Typical staffing: 2–6 officers for 100–500 guests. $800–$2,400.
Concerts & Music Festivals
Stage security, crowd control, wristband verification, perimeter patrol. Houston's concert scene at NRG, 713 Music Hall and White Oak Music Hall keeps us busy. $1,500–$5,000+ depending on attendance.
Weddings & Private Parties
Guest list management, parking control, gift security. Keeps uninvited guests out and makes sure nobody walks off with the card box. 1–3 officers, $500–$1,500.
Sporting Events & Tailgates
NRG Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center. Parking lot security, crowd management, VIP tent coverage. Game-day staffing runs $1,000–$3,000 per event.
Protests, Rallies & Political Events
De-escalation-trained officers, perimeter control, counter-surveillance. Experienced in high-tension environments. Coordination with HPD as needed.

Armed officers add $5–15/hr per officer. Holiday and late-night events (past midnight) may carry a premium.
Planning Your Event Security
Book at least 2 weeks ahead for standard events. Large events (500+ guests) need 30+ days for proper planning. Here's what we handle:
