Everything in Basic plus video verification (operator views camera feed before dispatching), two-way voice communication through panel and environmental monitoring (flood, freeze, CO). Reduces false alarm dispatches by 80%.

How Central Station Monitoring Works

1. Your alarm triggers — door sensor, motion detector, glass break, smoke detector.
2. Signal reaches the monitoring center in under 10 seconds via cellular, internet or phone line backup.
3. Operator reviews the signal. If video verification is enabled, they pull up your camera feed to confirm.
4. Operator calls your contact list (you, spouse, neighbor, property manager) to verify or cancel.
5. If verified or no answer within 60 seconds, operator dispatches HPD, HFD or your private security patrol.

Total time from alarm to dispatch: typically under 90 seconds. Self-monitored systems rely on you seeing a phone notification, processing it and calling 911 yourself — that can take 5–15 minutes or longer if you're asleep, in a meeting or have your phone on silent.

No Equipment Lock-In

We don't install proprietary panels that only work with our monitoring service. Your equipment is yours. If you want to switch monitoring providers later, your system works with any UL-listed central station. That said, most clients stay because the service is solid and the pricing is fair.
